A lot of us struggle with impostor syndrome or concern when putting ourselves out there in a vulnerable way - through social media or in each conversation we have throughout the day.  The social norm is to hang out in our comfort zone.  My friend Matt Starolis operated this way for most of his adult life until one day he had an awakening - a self awareness.  Matt is an investor, cyber security expert, entrepreneur and has experience in sales.  Matt is also on a journey of self discovery.  Through allowing his expressive self to shine through he has not only been a lighthouse for others but he has grown himself as a human being.  I think you'll find his philosophy and the way he shares it in the episode to be authentic and profound.
