On this episode we talk to a young mortgage broker from Melbourne in Matt White. Matt had been working in the same job for some 10+ years and always felt as though it was not taking him where he wanted in his career. He decided to take a leap and not only change jobs, but also change careers and go after a dream he had always had. We find out how he went about that journey and found the ability, courage and how he educated himself to allow that change to occur.
