In today's episode, Christian Esguerra talks about the Ombudsman's dismissal of a complaint against members of the Manila Police who kept prisoners in squalid conditions. This was discovered in 2017. They were kept in a very small space hidden behind a bookshelf. What many thought was an open and shut case turned out to have more complications, at least as far as the ombudsman was concerned.
