1 Samuel 16:1-13
But the Lord said unto Samuel, “Look not on his countenance or on the height of his stature, because I have refused him; for the Lord seeth not as man seeth. For man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.”
God judges the inward appearance
Man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” We now know it wasn't the height, strength, stature or resume God was looking for. Instead, as the Apostle Paul stated in
Acts 13:22, God said, “I have found in David the son of Jesse a man after my heart, who will do all my will.”

Mat 12:34-37 KJV 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
Another version For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of”
Luk 6:45 KJV A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
What a Man thinks in his heart so is he
Proverbs 23:7. The heart Seat of emotions where your heart is there will your treasure be also. Your address is where you live at in the natural but when and what you address is where you live in your conscious.(your heart and mind are synonymous for the seat of your emotions. It describes the ground you live on, by, and what you value. It's in Your addressing where your heart speaks from. Where you put your time and in energy into. Where your address is is where one would get their peace and rest from. Where one would seemingly lay their heads and even ponder in a safe place what they will address first then next. Make sure you don't sleep where you are addressing but where your address is. Most times they are not one in the same. Even Jesus himself when a far off in a boat from the crowd. He was addressing them and his address at the moment was a boat. An arch of safety even though he wasn't in danger he needed to be out of the mist of the crowd in order to address them. Seemingly like how God told Abraham to leave his country and his kin and go to a place I will show you. God ultimately wanted to test His obedience and faith but he addressed him in the place of his address which at the place of ultimate sacrifice so he can see what was in Abrahams heart!!! There was no crowd needed.
So when you are at your address in the natural it's consecration time so when you need to address situitions, circumstances, people, things you have power of God backing you up and leading you on what you need to say or need to refrain from. Consecration is private you get your power from God there so you can have public demonstration to execute the power giving. The key is rest in God will get you power!!!
