If you feel guilt, shame, or think that Jesus can’t forgive you because of some sin in your life. If that is causing you to worry, you haven’t committed the unforgivable sin. Because the fact that you have sorrow over your sin, and want Jesus to forgive you, reveals that you haven’t reached the point that Jesus is warning of here. And I’m not just saying that to comfort you, not just because I want to make you feel better, I hope that it does and I hope that it leads to you the loving arms of Jesus, but the main reason I say that, is because the blasphemy of the holy spirit, in its context means this: to believe that Jesus was performing miracles by the power of Satan.
