* There are times when a bad thought wants to come out but you hold it back - this is good.

* It’s like taking the water hose nozzle and folding it down.

* But if you let the word loose out of your mouth it reaffirms the negative thought in your mind and the dirtiness in your heart (science has shown this to be true).

* To truly be clean you have to change the source (your heart).

* Pay attention to your mouth and you’ll discover your source.
