Sunday, September 15, 2019. At the beginning of Matthew 3, the Scriptures speak of John the Baptist. At the end of Matthew 3, the Scriptures speak of Jesus the Christ. Both are presented preaching the same message. It is a message of repentance. John prepares the way for Jesus by calling the people to repentance. It is a relelvant message for for the Church today, as we prepare for Jesus to return by living a lifestyle of repentance.
