Pastor Rod Carver continues his teaching through Matthew Ch.5. How are we as Christians supposed to respond when we are offended. God challenges us to be good representatives of him by giving up our anger even when we have the right to be offended. Justice and correction are still needed but we are to not use our personal offense as cause to enact said justice. A good guide is to ask yourself "Is this punishment/correction good for this person". Lastly we are to follow the spirt of the law and not the letter of the law.
