Matthew Carano, @matthewcarano song parodist, podcast host and fill in producer for the Kirk Minihane Show comes on to share his experience on the show.  We overlapped when I filled in for Blind Mike.  I felt there was some tension between us and he opened up with his issues with some of the jokes I’ve made about women and how he felt I came across creepy.  It was a good conversation and made some mindset changes based on his feedback.  Matt also shares his interests and how he came to be part of the fill in rotation.  He also discusses his thoughts on the polarizing comments  from the community.
