Matthew Look is a UK based physiotherapist who currently works as Head of Health and Performance for Cambridge Rugby. Matthew has gone on to work for the Brisbane Roar FC, English Institute of Sport (EIS) as well as UK professional rugby sides Scarlets and Coventry Rugby. Matthew shares his journey on how he got his first job in high performance, to being uncertain about the industry and backpacking through South America, to eventually moving to the UK and establishing himself as a sports physiotherapist in elite sport. Matthew provides great insight on how he has gracefully navigated through the ups and downs by being persistent, hard working and having a belief he could provide immense value in the industry, that has resulted in establishing a long, successful and fulfilling career in the world of high performance sport.
