In this episode, Matthew Marcum, who leads a nonprofit called Mentoring Partners, shares how every conversation he has is an opportunity to cultivate the other person's heart. If he can't be a blessing, he is determined to connect them to someone who can. 

This flows out of a heart to be a conduit of grace. God has given him many redemptive friendships, and he then does the same for others through the high school mentoring program that he leads.
