Prior to founding Peacekeeper Works LLC, Matthew practiced law for 25+ years handling litigation of all kinds including employment, insurance, and business-related matters.  

As we all know...the costs of conflict are real–attorneys fees, litigation expenses, employee turnover, and broken relationships.  Unresolved conflict is corrosive. It consumes time, energy, and resources better spent elsewhere. Yet conflict is universal….and the good news is Matthew has a dynamic perspective on all of it!
