Ibantik Craft Beverages was conceived in 2018 when founder, Matthew Ostrander, finally reached a breaking point with the (then poor) cider selection in Utah state liquor stores.

Matt has all the experience needed to be a hard cider advocate. Matthew Ostrander is on a mission to be a leading educator and advocate in the craft cider movement by doing his civic duty to taste test as many ciders from around the globe as humanly possible and share that information with the general public.

Jimmy brings his appreciation for cider, Bill brings a song about Johnny Appleseed, and Dawson realizes his tummy didn't hurt after drinking cider!
