The therapeutic landscape for metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) has evolved rapidly in recent years, and research endeavors continue to expand treatment options with significant implications for patients. In addition to the approval of multiple second-generation androgen deprivation therapies (ADTs), current clinical trials are investigating novel targeted therapies, immunotherapies, and combination approaches in different disease settings. Furthermore, when managing patients with mCSPC, clinicians must consider established, newly approved, and emerging therapies, as well as individual patient-, tumor-, and treatment-related factors. Given the wealth of new options, how do clinicians determine the best treatment course for each patient?
