Being part of the LGBTQ community is becoming more and more accepted. But that doesn’t mean they still don't have their struggles today. Even though today it is much easier to be open about your sexuality, it was not like that in 1998. Matthew Shepard was an openly gay young man, one that his family supported and loved. But not everyone agreed with that. Two men would end up ending the life of Matthew Shepard and the reason as to why that was is still not been   confirmed, could it have been a robbery gone horribly wrong, or was Matthew Shepard murdered, all because he was gay.
