The next Mature Medic Spotlight is with Orie, a second-year medical student at the University of Bristol!

Orie has previously studied natural sciences at the University of Nottingham, has work experience as a carer and mobile carer and also worked for the forestry commission. Orie is also an amazing sportswoman, playing for the University basketball team and the Bristol Flyers, and an avid traveller!

We talk about the opportunities to combine travel and medicine, increasing in confidence, challenges and rewards of care work and the benefits of sport alongside studies!
