Some pursue spiritual maturity through ritual and rule-keeping, others through emotion and experience. How do you see people around you pursuing personal maturity or wholeness? Where does this succeed? Where does it fall short?

Read again Colossians 1:24–2:3, 6–7. Where does Paul suggest spiritual maturity is found? Why do you think that is so?

What do you think spiritual maturity looks like? What steps might you take this week to pursue spiritual maturity as Paul describes it?
