The days that you don't feel like working out or eating healthy give it to the Lord he will help guide you, and give you strength to conquer your goals. Stay fit and stay strong.

Don't allow the struggles and the weight of this world to determine your success. Don't allow being a single parent,  your age, or a full time job to be a distraction to achieve that college degree. 

Matthew 17:20 You don't have enough faith, "Jesus told them. "I tell you the truth. if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, 'move from here to there,' and it would move, Nothing would be impossible."

How much faith do you really have to change your situation? God said as long as you had faith as small as a mustard seed you can move this mountain. It's time to apply your faith so God can break the chains that are holding you back.
