2002 BCS National Champion Maurice Clarett joins Jim to discuss the Buckeyes’ national championship win this week. Maurice also discusses his personal journey that took him from National Champion to prison to now courtside at UConn basketball games and Ohio State football sidelines. Maurice talks about how former head coach Jim Tressel was instrumental in connecting him with current Buckeye head coach Ryan Day, and how developing a friendship with Day has helped Clarett reconnect with OSU. Clarett also discusses his relationship with National Championship Head Coach of UConn Men’s basketball Dan Hurley and how his mentoring of young athletes has become a passion in his life.
