Lilian is passionate about creating a space for women in STEM, especially polymer and plastics engineering.

Additionally, Lilian is the founder of WEMO. This mentorship organization connects and empowers women in engineering. She is also an advisory board member of SPE, a professional association that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the plastics industry.
