Michelle is a cohort manager and fellow at The Century Foundation. She looks at the intersection of racial equity and workforce development, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Her research interests are culturally responsive pedagogy, school discipline, and the schooling experiences of Black girls.

Her purpose in life is to fearlessly pursue her goals and dreams and help young women of color do the same so we might all achieve our full potential, and to always make time for loved ones.
