Pilar Esparza is the co-founder of Taco Empire, a family owned restaurant who is proud to serve true Mexican flavors specializing in tacos served over blue corn tortillas. Taco Empire began as a food truck in 2022 and by November of 2023 they opened their first brick and mortar.
