On this episode I had the absolute pleasure to talk to Max Lowery who, much like myself, is a long time breakfast skipper or intermittent faster. Max is the founder of the 2 Meal Day and is on a mission to share with the world the incredible benefits that intermittent fasting can have to not only your waist line, but your overall health and wellbeing.
We got to find out in much more detail just who Max is and how he came about the fasting life. Starting his working life out as a stock broker he knew he needed to do something more with his life and after quitting his job and travelling in South America, he came back to the UK to start his personal training career and discovered the true benefits that fasting can have on your health and wellness.
In his book, The 2 Meal Day, which you can buy on Amazon, (links are below) he details in a simple way how to incorporate fasting int your life along with recipes and exercise plans to allow you to achieve your weight loss and health goals.
