Patrick Philpott was still at school when a mentoring project he was asked to participate in highlighted to him just how important it is to maximise the potential of each and every person. This experience led to him starting the award-winning Visionpath, which brings employers and young people together in order to promote growth and collaborative learning. His experiences of leading this organisation puts him in a great position to share ideas on how leaders can unlock and extract the potential of others - a process that often starts with demonstrating belief in them as a human being!
