#MaximizeFailure is what Morgan is all about. She is passionate about building relationships, using softball as a tool to prepare young athletes for life, and helping people understand the difference between mental health and mental toughness.
Morgan is a 2014 University of Washington Hall of Fame inductee. She is an entrepreneur & co-founder of the #1 Softball Clinic in the world – The Packaged Deal. She helped lead the 2009 Washington Husky softball team to their first National Championship in school history. She played professionally in Switzerland and was part of the 2015 and 2019 Filipino National Softball Team.
She’s the Owner and Coach of Morgan Stuart Defense Lessons. She is also a Team Easton ambassador, which if you know anything about baseball or softball that is a pretty big deal. But what intrigues me most is that she started a project called Defense Club which is all about maximizing failure.
