Matt and Ashley return with a new episode, and with a new contributor in the guest chair!

On this episode, we are joined by Nadia, who made her transition from the classroom into the learning and design space. Nadia took some time to chat with us, discuss how she made the move, how she altered her search from each new position that she's held since leaving the classroom, and the importance of networking throughout this process.

We also discussed factors that went into her decision making, such as having conversations with industry leaders to make sure she was going in the right path, some of the changes that she made to her resume and interview process throughout, as well as some of the transferable skills that she brought with her, and some of the new ones that she has developed along the way.
