Simplicity at it's best!  John Adair's simple Action-Centered Leadership -identified in 1973- almost 50 years ago (!) is based on three Elements:

* Team
* Individual

It provides a great blueprint for any Leader to identify key components of a project.  This makes it easy to remember,  apply and to adapt.

Being able to monitor and balance all three elements successfully - is the mark of great leader.
