📹🎙️In today’s episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with Paula Scarlett, RN, BSN who is known as The Sunshine’s CNA Coach. She started out as a CNA and worked her way through nursing school where she attained an Associate Degree in Nursing, she then went on to attain her BSN.

Her expertise comes from the bedside as well as the OR and travel nursing. She has worked across the country and alongside many qualified nursing assistants. Paula's aspiration is to help train and mentor anyone who has the desire to ensure the safety and well-being of others within their care.
