Annual reviews are sometimes a dreaded task for managers, especially if we go into them looking at them as a box to check off. In reality, performance reviews can be a very rewarding experience as we utilize them to recognize the efforts and impact our employees make, while reinforcing previous conversations and coaching as we look with our employees towards the future.
