This story is about an experience I had during a prison visit years ago. Just one example of the many times I was pushed to develop emotionally, mentally and energetically in real time without any training or preparation. A lot of us that grew up in addicted homes and families were forced to grow up fast in a lot of ways. You're not alone and there are many of us that can relate.
