Pastor Hurmon concluded our series, “Faith In the Midst of Reasonable Doubt,” with a message based on Mark 9:30-31 (NLT) and Matthew 27:45 (NLT). Following Jesus to the cross reveals that we must contend with suffering and evil, but how does a follower of Jesus manage? We can learn to lean in to our faith and refuse to allow the darkness to put out our light. We must live knowing that suffering is temporary.
