Picture if you will, a lively night in the city you and a friend of yours goes out for a few drinks. As it would happen and probably has before a few turns into a few too many. you find yourself waking up in a jail cell with a cuncussive headache and a prosecuter wrapping on the door obnoxiously, with a wiked grin enjoying the evident headache he can see that you are enduring.
