In The Last Word, Greg Belfrage gives his final thoughts on the day's news including a recent lawsuit against US Secretary of Agriculture, Brook Rawlins.  The suit claims that Rawlins broke the 1st amendment by pushing and proselytizing her religion onto employees in the department. Greg points out that this overreaction is similar to the Merry Christmas vs. Happy Holidays argument.
