As a boat moves through a body of water, it leaves behind an aftermath of waves commonly called a "wake". We leave a wake behind, too. Because God has created us to transform this world through love, we have an opportunity to affect what comes after us. In fact, whether we are aware of it or not, we affect others on a daily basis. Does your wake cause others to walk on water, or does it leave them drowning?
