Today we’re celebrating the birthday of Edward Jenner, the man behind the vaccine! Edward developed the smallpox vaccine, which became the first vaccine in the world and helped drop the amount dying from the disease. Although vaccines have come a long way since Edward’s time, we have so much to celebrate and thank him for. Happy birthday, Edward!
