Listeners wanted to use today as an opportunity to ask Councilman Hickey exactly why he approved the 3.4 million dollar golf course deal, and now he's leaning towards approving a 3.8 million dollar pool on the Northside. Pat also admitted not knowing how developer and Ives Street owner PJ Simao was receiving $850,000.00 from the 3.4 million deal.
