Hour 1:

My first guest tonight is Mark Lambert.  Mark is the pitmaster of Sweet Swine O Mine and they just won the Memphis In May BBQ contest this past weekend.  We will get a bit of history on the team and Mark will recap how the contest went down.

In the 3rd segment, I will be joined by monthly contributor and “OFFICIAL” bbq and grilling products expert, Derrick Riches from BBQ.About.Com.  Derrick missed Memphis in May this year but he has some new products to talk about this month.  Be sure to tune in and make sure you aren’t throwing your money away!

My guest in the 2nd hour is a monthly contributor and the creator of the most popular BBQ & Grilling website, Meathead Goldwyn from Amazing Ribs.  tonight we talk about the “Grill Grate”.  Probably one of the most important items on the cooker…we will go in-depth on types, cleaning and so on.

Closing out the show tonight is the “Head Shed Head” of The Shed, Brad Orrison.  Brad and the Shed team won whole hog this past weekend at Memphis in May.  He will come on to recap their cook and talk a bit about the Shed.
