Alex Palou became the first Spaniard to win The Indianapolis 500 with a last-second, yellow-flag finish, Sunday.  The 28-year-old Palou has been successful in the IndyCar series but has never won the 500, that is, until yesterday.

The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles has announced the official closing of its branch in Alexandria.  IPR’s Thomas Ouellette reports, the final operating day will be July 2nd.
