Apart from Christ in and of ourselves, we are nothing. In our quest to be great we can be led away from Christ if we don't have the right perspective. Consider asking yourself, am I leading people to the Great One? Or to me? 

In order to be great, greatness has to be a desire of your heart but it starts with being a servant.
