The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana is suing Governor Mike Braun over changes to Indiana University's Board of Trustees. Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Aubrey Wright has more on why the ACLU believes Braun is breaking the law. 

President Trump’s proposed budget would cut more than half of the Environmental Protection Agency’s funding. Among other things, it would nearly eliminate federal dollars to help states upgrade water infrastructure.
