 We dive into the concept of the Almond Mum, a new term that has emerged from Tiktok and inspired by Gigi and Bella Hadid’s mother Yolanda. The Almond Mom describes an old phenomenon: mothers projecting their unhealthy relationship with food, diet, exercise and body image onto their children, particularly their daughters.
