One of my goals for this podcast is to be completely vulnerable and transparent. I will never act as if I have it all figured out, because in actuality, I'm still in search of genuine happiness. Prior to me recording this episode, I felt my mood being off and I felt very unmotivated. It wasn't until I decided to express myself and talk about it, which enhanced my mood and I felt better about myself.
