on self love- the beauty we see within our earth is a reflection of the beauty within. may we see it through a veil of forgiveness.

‘ the moon does not apologize for her crescents,

nor does she shy away when she is unseen.
even when she is a sliver of silver in a dark sky

the moon does not ask to be seen;
she simply rises.
in every sliver, in every phase, she declares herself worthy
of the sky, of the stars, of the love that wraps around her.

so may we, too, stand unashamed—
whether whole or fractured, radiant or dim,
lovely not despite our incompleteness,

but because of it.
