This week’s Light Lesson invites you to release the belief that you have to carry everything alone. In this teaching, we explore the quiet, sacred truth that you are allowed to lean, to rest, to receive support, and to let yourself be held — by God, by love, by community, and by the parts of you that are finally ready to soften.

You’ll be guided to notice where you’ve been bracing, over-functioning, or holding your breath… and how your spirit has been quietly asking for gentleness. We talk about the courage it takes to let go of self‑reliance rooted in survival, and the freedom that comes when you allow yourself to be supported without guilt, apology, or explanation.

This lesson offers a grounding practice to help you unclench your heart, loosen your shoulders, and step into a posture of receiving. Not because you are weak, but because you are human — and humans are not meant to carry everything by themselves.

You are allowed to rest.You are allowed to lean.You are allowed to be held — fully, safely, and without earning it.
