Taking some time out to think about my process within my business , how I do things, and how I complete every day tasks took a little bit of a toll on me. A combination of no sleep not eating and stress during this time and just an overwhelming anxiety about not completing what I started had me frustrated and mixing up orders. Now that I am a lot more focused and I spoke with my @lifebymj, a social medial and brand strategist, I received some clarification on what I need to do to improve. I am ready to go make changes and do what’s best to create quality content for my customers. Take a listen and think about your business and how your process is impacting what you do how you do and show up for your customers each day.
