This is my longest episode ever, but there was SO much to discuss and unpack, so lots of time was needed. Today, I talk to my friend, Crystal Storey, about how events in your life can lead to PTSD and you may not even realize it. Crystal discusses her experience with miscarriage, then finally having a child who has a condition that is the 2nd documented case in medical history. And while this is going on, her father passes away. Then most recently, her husband had to have emergency heart surgery to do a quintuple bypass. Yes, that is 5. She has endured so much and yet the outlook she has on things is absolutely inspiring.  Just a trigger warning: there is discussion and details around her miscarriages and her daughter's health that may be graphic for some, so just a heads up.
