We spend a lot of time blaming other things and other people for things we don't like or even out of our control. And a very smart woman friend of mine made it clear to her office colleagues, we don't blame around here, we find it and fix it."
Today's program will be a challenge to watch out for ourselves and others when we get into the blame game and perhaps we should begin by realizing that there is a better game to play. And that is the brain gain game.
