Welcome back to the Nonsexual Soulmates Book Club! This week we recap chapter 9 of Dr. Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules for Life.
(If this is your first time tuning in, don't fret, you can pick up anywhere without feeling left out).

Rule 9 "Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don't".

We will be petitioning to have this plastered on every education and medical institution in the world. We also need to have it stamped on our own foreheads.  Sometimes when you think you are the expert, it can be extremely tempting to tune the other person out. We explore reasons why listening from Dr. Peterson's suggested framework can build trust and can open us all to new opportunities for growth.

Thank you as always for listening and we will see you next Tuesday!
