We chat with Greg from Fire & Rescue NSW about a fire that started in Mayfield just after 3:30PM on the corner of Denison Street and Maitland Road.

An evacuation center had been established at Wests Mayfield. 

Local emergency services advised nearby resident to close windows and avoid the area, with Pacific Highway Mayfield closed to traffic during Monday evening.
