Atlanta's Mayor Andre Dickens has launched the Atlanta Startup Growth Loan Program (ASGL) to provide financial support to local tech startups. Part of the Atlanta Open for Business Fund, ASGL offers direct loans of up to $150,000 to qualifying startups. To be eligible, startups must have been established within the past five years and possess a City of Atlanta business license. The loans can be used for various purposes, including technology, inventory, commercial spaces, machinery, furniture, and fixtures. This initiative aims to strengthen Atlanta's tech startup ecosystem and promote growth in various sectors.
